    The research programs of the Division of Hematology/Oncology focus on functional genomics in hematologic diseases, dendritic cell therapy and erythropoiesis. The director of this division, Hyeoung-Joon Kim, is also the principle investigator of The Genomic Research Center for Hematopoietic Diseases. The Genomic Research Center for Hematopoietic Diseases is the one of the leading genomic research center set up in 2001 by CNUH and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Republic of Korea in order to narrow the gap between sequence and function of the human leukemia. This program will underpin biologic and medical research worldwide on hematiopoietic diseases.
